On your ride out to the fishing ground you
will be see Gloucester
Harbor and the working waterfront of Cape Ann. It
provides for a beautiful and educational experience. You will see
railways, shipwrecks, boats unloading thier catches, loading supplies for the
long trips out at sea. Men working on their nets and boats at work in the
harbor.

You will also pass by Gorton`s of Gloucester,
the Schooner Adventure, the Andrea Gail
(the boat seen in the
Perfect Storm movie),
Cape Pond Ice Company, Fitz Hugh Lane House and the Lady of Good Voyage
Church.
In
the outer harbor you will pass 10 Pound Island,
The Fisherman at the
Wheel, Dog Bar Breakwater,
Hammond Castle and 4 lighthouses.
All within 30 minutes for the dock and to the fishing grounds.
This is why fishing in Gloucester/Cape Ann is such a great fishing area.

Directions:
Follow Route 128 north to Gloucester, go half way around 2 traffic circles,
staying on Route 128 north. Follow to
lights
(exit 10). As you approach
the lights, bear right onto Eastern Avenue and follow to a stop sign. Bear right
onto Main St. We're one-quarter mile on the left, opposite
Hess
gas station.
IMPORTANT! Please do not use
Map It or other travel
software to get to the boats. There directions will takes you in a round
about way. You may not make the departure
time. Follow our directions.
